German Records

I am able to obtain a wide variety of captured German records, covering an array of topics from German military formations, personnel files, war crimes trials, and company records from major German industries during the Second World War.

Besides written records, NARA’s holdings of captured German material includes an extensive collection of original construction blueprints and diagrams from air raid bunkers, underground armaments factories, and damage surveys of surface factories.

In addition to the holdings at NARA, I can provide microfilm scans from the holdings of the US Holocaust Memorial Museum, which has a significant portion of the records of the Reichswirtschaftsministerium and the Reichsministerium für Rüstung und Kriegsproduktion (RmfRuK) from the Bundesarchiv, along with records of various other organizations within the Nazi government
